These terms apply to the use of the vectonn.com.tr website. By visiting the site you are deemed to accept these terms. Use of the VectONN application is subject to the service agreement signed under your subscription; this page does not replace that agreement.

2. Nature of the information on the site

Product descriptions on the site are promotional. The fact that a feature is described on the site does not mean it is enabled in your subscription; which features are enabled is determined by your package and agreement.

Explanations about legislation are for information and do not replace legal or financial advice.

3. Account and applications

• You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information you provide in forms.
• If you have opened an account, you are obliged to keep your login details confidential.
• A demo application does not create an obligation for us to open an account automatically.

4. Prohibited uses

When using the site, you may not:

• Attempt to access systems without authorization or bypass security measures.
• Disrupt the service by sending excessive requests with automated tools.
• Apply using someone else's identity or company.
• Copy site content without permission and republish it for commercial purposes.

The names VectONN, EdgePOS and PatrONN and related trademarks are protected.

6. Availability and interruptions

We take reasonable care for the uninterrupted operation of the site; nonetheless there may be interruptions due to maintenance, updates or infrastructure. As the site is promotional, no guarantee is given for these interruptions.

7. Limitation of liability

We take care that site content is accurate and current. Nonetheless, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from decisions made based on information on the site. This limit does not apply to cases of liability that cannot be limited by law.
