1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by LAICOS Bilişim Yazılım ve Bilgi Sistemleri İthalat İhracat Limited Şirketi as data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), within the scope explained below. Contact details are in the table at the end of the page.

2. Which personal data we process

Only the data you submit through this website is processed:

• Identity and contact data: full name, e-mail address, phone number.
• Company data: company name, tax office, tax ID number, city, number of employees, industry. Requested in the demo application.
• Transaction security data: IP address, browser and device information, transaction timestamps.
• Request content: the message you write in the contact form.

Special categories of personal data are not collected through this site.

3. Purposes of processing

• To respond to your demo, quote and information requests and to contact you.
• To conduct pre-contractual talks and prepare quotes.
• To run product and service support processes.
• To evaluate partnership applications.
• To ensure site security and prevent misuse.
• To send promotional and informational messages if you have given consent.
• To fulfil our legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

Your personal data is processed under KVKK art. 5 on the following legal grounds:

• Necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract (art. 5/2-c): your demo, quote and support requests.
• Compliance with a legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç): retention and notification duties.
• Legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f): site security, prevention of misuse.
• Explicit consent (art. 5/1): only for commercial electronic messages and non-essential cookies.

5. Collection method

Data is collected electronically by automated or partly automated means through the contact form, demo application form, membership and login forms, cookies and similar technologies.

6. With whom we share

Your personal data may be shared, limited to the purposes above, only with:

• Our suppliers providing hosting, e-mail and infrastructure services.
• The authorized partner handling your request, only as far as necessary.
• Legally authorized public authorities, upon their request.

Your personal data is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing.

7. Transfer abroad

Some infrastructure services we use may host their servers abroad. In that case, the transfer is carried out under KVKK art. 9 with the necessary security measures.

8. Retention period

• Unfulfilled requests: 2 years from the conclusion of the request.
• Records that become a customer relationship: for the statutory limitation period after the relationship ends.
• Commercial electronic message consents: for the period required by law after consent is withdrawn.
• Server and security logs: at most 2 years.

At the end of the period, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

9. Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11, by applying to the data controller you have the right to: learn whether your data is processed and request information; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred; request correction, deletion or destruction; request that these be notified to third parties; object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis; and request compensation for damage due to unlawful processing.

Your applications are concluded within thirty days at the latest under the relevant Communiqué.

10. Changes

This notice may be renewed due to changes in legislation or updates to our processes. The current version is always published on this page with the last update date at the top.
