Can I migrate the data from my old program?
Yes. Our setup team helps you migrate your existing data to VectONN, starting with stock, accounts and opening balances.
How do I move to e-transformation (e-Invoice / e-Archive)?
VectONN comes ready for e-transformation. We set up the definitions together with your financial seal and integrator details, and you start issuing e-documents quickly.
Is support paid?
Updates and standard support are included throughout your subscription. Additional packages are offered for extensive setup, training and special needs.
Where is my data kept?
Each customer's data is kept in its own separate database; one business's records never sit in the same table as another's. Backups are taken regularly and their restorability is separately verified.
